When are City Elections Held?
There is a General Election for the City of Laurel every two years. The Mayor serves a four (4) year term and the Council serves a two (2) year term.

The City of Laurel General Elections are held at the Lauel Municipal Center, 8103 Sandy Spring Road for Ward 1 residents and at the Robert J. DiPietro Community Center, 7901 Cypress Street for Ward 2 residents. Voting starts at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m.
